Welcome! Worries and Dreams xx

Dear Reader,
Hi, my blog is all about inspiring i guess and making people smile. So... I am going to talk about worries and dreams. I don't really have lots of stuff i can really describe because its a thing that I cant describe but i can tell you about stuff. I'm going to tell you guys about dreams first: I have always wanted to go on holiday/vacation with my friend but when i got the chance I was unsure about  it because I was not sure about the plans and what was going to happen! But i soon realised that everything was going to be fine and I need to be exited for holidays and fun times rather than being worried and upset. That was a daft example but its the only one I can think of at 10 o'clock at night! Anyway I have some tips about all the stress, this is only stuff my mom has told me but she has Anxiety so she would know. 1. Take deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppppppppppppppppppppppppp breathes! 2 Have a cup of tea or hot choc, I wouldn't recommend coffee just because it has alllloooooottttttttt of caffeine.
